b.       Marketing / Registration – client managed / shared

c.       CMG remains independent contractor of client – Ohio and California laws governing same apply

d.       50% non-refundable deposit required at contract inception

e.       50% of deposit may be applied to contracts rescheduled within 16 business days of commencement

f.        Balance due upon commencement of service
